DAC evaluated multiple development configurations against underlying zoning and University Community Area development standards, comparing building envelopes, unit configurations, parking, circulation, and urban-design requirements to identify a preferred development approach. DAC also led a pre-application meeting with Hillsborough County to confirm key site constraints and establish a path forward. Following the feasibility phase, the project advanced into architectural design and is currently under development by DAC.
